What a beautifully written and intriguing account of your visit to this exhibition. Thank you for sharing the link to more information as well. I just watched the little video and wish I was closer so that I could experience the photographs in person as well.
I love getting a glimpse Into how you are perceiving and experiencing something like this. It feels like you are walking ahead of me with a lantern and beckoning me to follow into some new adventure. So glad that you got to see the exhibit and very grateful that you shared it with us. I was unfamiliar with this artist’s work, and now I know a little more. 💜
Thank you so much for this, Jamie! Art affects each of us differently and it was good to have explored the exhibition with a friend. I felt some of the photos so deeply that it helped to be able to talk about it. It makes me very happy to know you enjoyed reading my experience!
Such a great post and shared experience. Reminds me of the teaching that we're all mirrors for one another. And sometimes what we see reflected back is not always easy to take in - for a variety of reasons.
Thank you, Paulette - mirrors and what they reflect are so Illuminating, aren’t they?! Having someone call out when you are about to walk into one is also quite helpful, to say the least. 😏
Cathy, I love the quote you shared, which captures interdependence so perfectly. Thank you for taking us with you to this photography exhibit and sharing what it stirred up for you. If we could see everyone as another you, it would make such a difference in the world.
What an incredible experience! I was right there with you.
I wish you were with me, Rhaine! You are such a talented artist, I would have loved hearing your impressions!

Oh my gosh, I’ll say!

Cathy- thank you for sharing the exhibit with us. You make it so personal and real—even walking with you into a mirror. Wonderfully disoriented!
Ha! Don't join me walking into a mirror, but I would have enjoyed exploring the exhibit with you, Leslie. Thank you for your wonderful comment!
Cathy, I appreciate your perspective on this show. I wish I was in NYC to see it!
Thank you for this, Tina - I wish you were, too!!

Thank you for pointing out interdependence, Sandra - a perfect word and concept for what I experienced. I always appreciate your perspective…! 💕
“We” seeing our complexity forward and backward
Thank you
Yes, forward and backward. I love that, Prajna - thank you!
The concept of a whole miracle is intriguing
Isn't it?! If only we could always see each other through that lens...!
